Microfluidics Research Tool
The Client: Aline, Inc.
The Challenge: A fast approaching deadline for a SBIR grant application and a tight budget left this small company with a need to explain a new and complex engineering process both in great detail in the grant application and clearly and succinctly in marketing materials.
The Solution: Mains Associates drew upon our long experience with NASA's bioengineering work to quickly understand the basics of their technology. Having worked with SBIR programs frequently over the years, we were able to develop content for the grant application that explained the technology concepts and the expected benefits, a key requirement of the grant application. After submission of the application, Mains Associates delivered content that refocused on benefits to researchers of their technology. This enabled ALine to work with their in-house design team and marketing consultants to develop a new Website, print collateral, and an effective e-mail newsletter.
